I'm Andy,
24 and married to my beautiful Brazilian wife Rose.
Rose and I help run a project called My Father’s House, working with some of the 25 million street kids in Brazil.
I'm originally from York, went to Newcastle University and have spent the past five years on and off in Brazil after going out for six months as a SAMS volunteer in my gap year.
The church we’re based at is in a shanty town beside a huge city rubbish dump.
Our main focus is on kids who have been involved with drug gangs. We want to see them redeemed, both physically, from their surroundings and spiritually through faith in Jesus.
